Gartner’s report on The Magic Quadrant for Integrated Risk Management identifies risk management software providers who demonstrate excellence across five critical capabilities, namely: Risk and Control Documentation/Assessment, Incident Management, Risk Mitigation Action Planning, KRI Monitoring/Reporting, and Risk Quantification and Analytics. Gartner’s Magic Quadrants are based on rigorous, fact-based analysis backed up by a highly structured methodology. 16 vendors were named in the 2018 report, CURA Software Solutions.

The Gartner report centres around IRM vendors who exhibit common functions, such as an asset repository, regulatory mapping, survey capabilities, workflow functions and data import, and provide capabilities across the following six use cases: Digital Risk Management (DRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Audit Management (AM), Corporate Compliance and Oversight (CCO), and Enterprise Legal Management (ELM).
