CURA Software Solutions recently hosted a transformative strategy session in Hyderabad, India. Spearheaded by our CEO, Bala Reddy, this event marked a significant milestone for CURA by bringing together some of the brightest minds from across the world to chart a new course for the company.
A Gathering of Global Leaders
CEO Reddy, known for his visionary leadership, welcomed attendees with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for an exhilarating few days at one of Hyderabad’s leading hotels.
Leaders from CURA’s global subsidiaries, including Ajay Lalla, the South African country manager, and his direct reports, were in attendance. Notably, Kerushan Govender, CEO of Blacfox, a strategic growth consulting agency, facilitated the discussions. Additionally, Sumanth Gopu-Reddy, Australia’s country manager, together with the head of research and development, and other key technical leaders from India, also played pivotal roles in the sessions.
Mapping the Future
The strategy session was a comprehensive exploration of CURA’s future. The discussions delved into critical topics such as industry trends, customer needs, and the company’s product roadmap. A significant focus was on the new enterprise quality management software (EQMS) product portfolio, led by Chakrapani K V C, a seasoned global expert with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This deep dive into EQMS underscored its potential to transform the industry.
The product advisory council was also tasked with the ambitious mission to innovate continuously. The team scrutinised features, timelines, and the overall blueprint for CURA’s future offerings, ensuring they are aligned with market demands and technological advancements.
Africa and Beyond
Africa, a crucial region for CURA, received special attention. The focus was on optimising resources and enhancing operational efficiency both in Africa and at the India headquarters. The session therefore explored the sales strategy, organisational structure, pricing models, and compliance issues specific to the African market.
Investment discussions were also highlighted, with strategies to expand CURA’s reach and introduce new products.
Midway through the session, attendees celebrated the launch of Kerushan Govender’s book, Age of Agency: Rise with AI, in India. This event was graced by industry dignitaries which notably included Shri R P Thakur, former Director General of Police. It was also attended by no less than 37 media outlets, showcasing the support given by our CEO.

He articulated a strategic plan for the next few years, emphasising aggressive growth and innovation.
